Under the influence of Libra Rising, we have balanced the mineral-rich "green" botanicals with the soft, aesthetic beauty of the heart.

The Botanical Profile:

Skullcap & Oat Straw: Our "Nervine Powerhouse" duo. Skullcap quiets the mental chatter, while Oat Straw acts as a "trophorestorative"—literally rebuilding and nourishing frayed nerves with a flood of B-vitamins.

Nettle: Added for mineral synergy. Nettle provides the Magnesium necessary for your body to fully absorb the high Calcium content of the Oat Straw, ensuring deep physical relaxation.

Lemon Balm & Rose Petals: The "Venus" notes. These brighten the spirit and soften the heart, providing a gentle, uplifting calm that tastes like a sun-drenched afternoon.

The Ritual: Two Ways to Brew

1. The Daily Pause (For Immediate Calm) Place 1 Tea Bag or 2 tsp loose leaf per 8oz boiling water and steep for 15–20 minutes, covered. **Important, long steep is necessary for best results. Do not simmer or boil, just steep. Take a breath and have a cup in the middle of a busy day to settle the senses or use during specific intentional prayer.
2. The Sovereign Infusion (For Deep Mineral Support). Place 2–3 tbsp loose leaf in a quart-sized mason jar and pour over boiling water, cap tightly and steep 4-8 hours or overnight. Have more time? Put it in the fridge and let it continue before straining it off and serving it iced or gently warmed up. Why? This "long steep" is the professional apothecary method. It draws out the maximum density of calcium and magnesium, creating a "living multivitamin" that nourishes your bones and nervous system.
